Dora AI: No-Code 3D Website Builder
First Impressions and Testing
Dora is a no-code platform that generates 3D animated websites. Their AI tool, Dora AI, creates websites from a simple prompt. Here's my first impression after testing it on two different projects.
How Dora AI Works
You start with two key inputs: Prompt and Style. The Prompt defines the type of website, copy, layout, and CTA. The Style field handles the colors, typography, and overall visual direction. A note: "A landing page for" is prefilled in the prompt, and for the style, you can choose a preset or customize.

Attempt 1
I wanted to create a real estate marketing platform similar to Luxury Presence. My prompt was:
Prompt: A landing page for a real estate marketing platform
Style: modern, elegant, gold accent
After submitting, I previewed two versions and selected one.

Live site: https://realestateplatform.dora.run/
Pros:
excellent photos
good layout, typography, and color scheme
mobile responsive
Cons:
awkward icon design
target audience mismatch (home buyers instead of realtors)
Attempt 2
For my second try, I refined the prompt to fix previous issues and added more details:
Prompt: A landing page for a real estate marketing platform called "Prestige Presence", target audience is realtors, repeat branding and company name in copy, make icons style flat and bold, left-align headline, right-align hero photo, 3 testimonials with realistic photos, contact form in footer, "Get Started" CTA throughout
Style: Dark Luxury
I chose the preview option that best matched my requirements.

Live site: https://prestigepresence.dora.run/
Pros:
all improvements from the first attempt 👍
specific requirements met (target audience, consistent CTA, contact form)
Cons:
icons issue persist 😔
unnecessary elements like property listings and odd button styles
only one testimonial instead of three
Final Thoughts
Dora AI impressed me, but it's not yet perfect for creating fully responsive, SEO-friendly, pixel-perfect sites. For now, it's an excellent template generator. After generating, you can further customize the site in a design editor, similar to other website builders.
Will AI replace web designers? Not likely. But designers who embrace AI will have an edge.
Be epic,💙✨
